What is Purpose Path?
Purpose Path is a one-day workshop for professionals eager to pursue a career where their passions and skills can make a positive social impact.
We guide participants through a structured curriculum, where they reflect on their strengths, explore potential paths, and create an intentional plan for their path forward. Our unique group cohort model also offers a supportive community of other like-minded leaders to share learnings and network.
Since we launched Purpose Path in 2016, more than 500 people have participated in our programs. We would love to welcome you to a future Purpose Path workshop!
Why Purpose Path?
As executive search consultants, we have the privilege of meeting with incredibly talented professionals every day, often when they find themselves at or approaching an important inflection point in their careers.
We’ve noticed a pattern. Despite all of their accomplishments and opportunities, they start to question if they are on the right path. This can be challenging, and we’ve found there aren’t many resources readily available to support them. We created Purpose Path to provide a supportive community and structured process to navigate this critical time.
